A storm hangs angrily over the city of Geth Rell.

As the rain pours down, Pel, a disillusioned priest, contemplates his future. Little does he know, a chance encounter with an unusual girl would change his life forever. Dzokaya, a half-breed seeking revenge for her parents’ murder, suspects the storm is somehow connected to their deaths. Intrigued and wanting to help, Pel joins her in hopes of facilitating justice.
