I MET COVID AT A WAKE AND HE NEVER LEFT MY SIDE: VACCINES MADE SURE OF IT

It is about my (Geraldine O’Keeffe’s ) journey through COVID-19 and severe reactions to the vaccines. It is about hope and determination. It is about struggle and pain. It is about support from my daughter and husband Rich– I would not be here without him. He is my rock. It is about the Stony Brook Post COVID clinic. I would not be here without their help and support. I went to OT, PT. specialists (eye doctors, hematologists. etc.) It has nothing to do with politics–I made sure that I mentioned in the prologue that it is MY story. It is not a war against vaccines. I HAD the vaccines. It is a story about change and gratitude that I made it out on the other side. A lot of people were not that lucky. I am blessed.
