Robert Louis Esposito is an award-winning American author, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized voice in the space of emotional and logistical life transitions. He is best known as the founder and owner of Relocator Service Inc., a comprehensive home transition company headquartered in Hauppauge, New York, and as the visionary creator behind the growing Nobody Move™ brand.

Born and raised in Holbrook, Long Island and Queens NY, Robert grew up in a family rooted in public service and small business ownership. His father, Ralph Esposito, was a proud New York City firefighter, recognized with Humanitarian awards for his work after Sept 11th. While his mother, Denise LoSquadro, founded Sisters In Charge, one of Long Island’s pioneering estate sale companies. A deep family experience—relocating his grandmother after a cancer diagnosis—served as the emotional spark that led both his mother’s and eventually his own entry into the world of transition services.
Robert earned his degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, NY—a multidisciplinary study in psychology and sociology, with an emphasis on Acting and Theology—which deeply influences his human-first approach to business. He began his career in 2006 assisting with estate clean-outs and, in 2008, purchased a used box truck to launch Relocators, which has since evolved into a multi-division company offering estate sales, junk removal, moving, online auctions, storage, restoration pack-outs, and more. Relocators works hand-in-hand with real estate professionals, restoration teams, and insurance companies to support families and businesses in moments of significant transition.
In 2024, Robert co-launched a high-visibility media campaign featuring producer Mike Amoia, rock legend Dee Snider, and real estate leader Ronald Starrantino. The campaign reached thousands through regional TV, including News 12. That same year, he signed a five-book publishing deal with Red Penguin Books.

His debut book, Nobody Move (Without Reading This), was released in January 2025. Part memoir, part moving guide, and part emotional blueprint, the book explores the impact of relocation on the human condition. It is currently available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and select retailers nationwide.

As a dynamic public speaker, Robert frequently appears on podcasts, industry panels, and private events, sharing his insights on business growth, branding, entrepreneurship, and emotional intelligence. He served as a Regional Director for Business Network International (BNI) from 2016 to 2019, where he trained hundreds of local entrepreneurs on relationship marketing and business development.

Robert also serves as the Managing Partner of the Nobody Move Without Me™ initiative, a national certification program for real estate professionals who want to elevate the level of care and support they provide their clients during life transitions. The program includes signature care packages, personalized landing pages, and a four-part certification training that blends emotional awareness with real-world logistical solutions.

Personal Life & Community Robert lives on Long Island with his wife, Gina, and children, Elle Jae, Kage, and Presley. They also share their home with their beloved dog, Stone. Known for his love of classic movies (A Bronx Tale), crime documentaries, and all things eggplant, Robert is a huge fan of Vincent’s Clam Bar, a staple restaurant on Long Island of which Robert worked in his early twenties. He often credits Bobby and Tony Marisi ( the owners ) as his early mentors, and long time friends. He credits his children—and any professional who is truly great in their craft—as his daily inspiration. “Steel sharpens steel,” he says, a nod to the energy he draws from excellence, not competition.

To Robert, the word “home” means sanctuary, comfort, and solace—and through his work, he strives to create that very feeling for everyone he serves.
