Connie Baron Ring

Connie Baron Ring has always loved to write. She started when she was seven years old and could finally write in script. At that young age, she kept a composition book of paragraphs on a myriad of subjects which gave to an established author to review. His encouragement and input inspired her to keep up her newfound interest which is ongoing to this day.

Ms. Ring earned a B.A. in English and an M.S. in Library Science. She was Assistant to the Editor of a national magazine, a writer/producer/editor of K-12 educational materials, a reference librarian, and a school library media specialist. She is passionate about writing, genealogy, research, gardening, and family. She is a life-long Long Island resident and lives with her husband in Melville, NY.
