Bernadette Walsh

Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, New York, Bernadette Walsh escaped for a few years to Washington DC and the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but eventually found her way back home to a beautiful town on the North Shore of Long Island where she and her husband raised their family and are now the parents to two very demanding Yorkies. Writing is one of greatest joys in Bernadette’s life and she is grateful for every reader who takes the time to enter into her fictional world.

Bernadette been writing for over fifteen years and in that time has explored genres ranging from contemporary romance to women’s fiction. As the daughter of an Irish immigrant, Bernadette has always been fascinated by the Irish immigrant experience and has explored some of those themes in several of her novels. While Bernadette has hopped around genres, all of her novels have a common theme: strong women handling what life throws at them the best way they can.
