Tom Penketh
Tom Penketh was the managing online editor for Backstage magazine for more than a decade. In addition, he worked as an writer/editor in science and business publishing. In his twenties, he worked as a grip/electric on films in the NYC area.
During the last decade, he has been working as a freelance writer. Recently, he set up shop as an ESL teacher for adult professionals. He just completed his first novel, a coming-of-age story, and is in the midst of re-writes. A new sci-fi novel is in the works. He lives in Brooklyn, and is probably planning his next travel destination as we speak. (If he can possibly afford it.)
